Rene Vilalta

To whom it may concern,
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding
support and professionalism shown by Rumena throughout my house
purchase process.

From the very beginning, Rumena has been extremely helpful, patient,
and respectful. What I value most is that her support was never
limited only to the selling part of the process. She guided me,
explained things clearly, followed up when needed, and treated me with
respect as a client even at moments when there was no 100% certainty
that I would proceed with buying the house.

That level of dedication says a lot about her character and
professionalism. She has shown honesty, responsibility, and a genuine
interest in helping, not just in closing a transaction. For me, that
makes a big difference.

Because of this experience, I can confidently say that for my next
house, apartment, or any property needs from my friends and family, I
already know who I would recommend. Actually, even if Rumena decides
to change profession one day, I may still insist that she helps me
somehow — that is how much trust she has earned.

I am truly grateful for everything Rumena has done during this
process. She has made a stressful and important decision feel much
clearer, easier, and more human.

I highly recommend Rumena to anyone looking for a reliable,
professional, and genuinely supportive broker.

Sincerely,
Rene Villalta
